GBEND brings together leaders from multilaterals, government, academia, and the third sector to make international development more effective through rigorous evidence and behavioral science.

The network convenes experts, generates thought leadership, and fosters cross-border collaborations that deliver tangible impact on global development. Activities of the network includes providing email updates to the members, invites to convenings and webinars and ad hoc communications about potential joint collaborations.
